Review Catch Limited is a registered company in New Zealand.
Review Catch is an automated Google review collection service. We send SMS messages and/or emails to your customers on your behalf, asking them to leave a review of your business on Google. Specifically, we:
From time to time we may introduce new features or improve existing services.
We send the review requests, but we cannot guarantee that your customers will leave a review. Results depend on your job volume, your industry, your customer base, and factors outside our control. Any results mentioned in our marketing or sales conversations are examples from real clients, not guarantees of what you will achieve.
We also do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasionally our systems, third-party platforms, or SMS delivery may experience issues. We will always work to resolve these as quickly as possible.
To use Review Catch, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. By registering, you confirm this is the case.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@reviewcatch.co.nz if you suspect any unauthorised access or security breach.
Our service is billed monthly in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), exclusive of GST. GST will be added to all invoices at the current rate.
A free trial period is offered to new clients. At the end of your trial, your stored payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. By providing your payment details during onboarding, you authorise us to charge your card on a recurring monthly basis.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@reviewcatch.co.nz or by texting your account manager. There are no lock-in contracts.
Your first month is fully refundable. If you decide the service is not right for you within your first 30 days, simply contact us and we will issue a full refund.
After the first 30 days, cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period and refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods. Once cancelled, your automated SMS workflows will be paused and no further charges will apply.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of this service complies with all applicable New Zealand laws, including the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007.
Our service is designed to comply with Google's guidelines by requesting honest reviews without incentivising a specific star rating. However, Google's policies can change. We are not responsible for any reviews being removed by Google, or for any changes Google makes to its platform that affect the results of our service. Because of this, review removals or changes made by Google do not affect the validity of the service provided.
You must not use our service in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or deceptive. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we reasonably believe you are misusing the service, breaching Google's policies, or acting in a way that could damage our reputation or the reputation of other clients.
You retain ownership of all customer data you provide to Review Catch. By sharing customer contact information with us, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from your customers to contact them for review requests, and that your use of the data complies with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
We process your customer data only as necessary to provide the Service. We do not use it for our own marketing, and we do not sell it to any third party. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Review Catch integrates with third-party services including Xero, Fergus, and Google. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the applicable terms and policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of any third-party service.
Where you use our AI-generated review reply feature, you acknowledge that AI content may occasionally be imperfect. Any reply published through the Service on your behalf is done at your direction, and you remain responsible for that published content. We exclude liability for any loss arising from AI-generated content to the fullest extent permitted by law.
All intellectual property rights in the Review Catch platform, including software, design, trademarks, and content we create, remain the sole property of Review Catch Limited. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your business name and logo solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Review Catch Limited will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business, or reputational damage.
Our total liability to you in any circumstance will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. You may cancel by contacting us at hello@reviewcatch.co.nz or texting your account manager. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if we are required to do so by law. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
We may improve, modify, or update parts of the Review Catch service from time to time in order to improve performance, reliability, or features. These changes will not materially reduce the core functionality of the service.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or text. Your continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved under New Zealand jurisdiction.
Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at hello@reviewcatch.co.nz to resolve any dispute informally. We will always work in good faith to reach a fair outcome.
