From time to time we may introduce additional service providers to improve or maintain our service. Where we do so, they will only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their function. Each provider operates under its own privacy and security policies.
SMS and email messages are sent to your customers using your business identity. By providing us with customer contact details, you confirm that your customers have consented to receiving communications from your business, and that this use complies with the New Zealand Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007.
We retain your account information and your customers' contact data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you wish to resume the service. If you would like your data deleted, contact us at hello@reviewcatch.co.nz and we will action your request promptly.
We take reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Our systems are password protected and access is limited to those who need it to operate the service. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our systems.

You can also opt out of non-essential communications and, if you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
